Tess: Teenaged Shire Mare She seems a
bit down and has been cranky. What is going on with her? She is bummed out about the nasty weather. Her feet are a
little tender from the rutted ground but nothing serious. Sometimes she longs
for a cozy stall but most of the time she appreciates her freedom. She has not been
cranky and is offended by the insinuation. She simply has high standards and SOME members
of the herd have been inconsiderate. She
appears to finally be free of uterine infection. I want to know so we can
continue doing whatever is working. She is free of infection because she finally
believes she deserves to be healthy. Your energy work with her has been most
beneficial, that along with good nutrition and lifestyle. Why
did she swat at Emily? (small dog who was visiting) "I just wanted to see what she'd do. She
was pretending to be such a little toughie. I wanted to see if she could back
that up. But no, she caved. I showed her who's top dog." (Laughing) |
